Itinerary
Day 1:Delhi to Aizawl
You amazing Mizoram tour with Tour My India will start from Delhi Airport which would be your onward destination.
Upon arrival at the Delhi Airport, you will be transferred to Aizawl.
Upon your arrival at Aizawl, you will meet our representative who will escort you to a pre-booked hotel. Aizawl is the capital of Mizoram which is dotted with high hills, lush greenery and tranquil ambiance.
Rest of the day will be free for leisure. You can either choose to get rid of your jetlag or can take a stroll on the street and interact with locals.
Overnight stay and dinner will be provided at the hotel.
Day 2:Aizawl Sightseeing
- In the morning, you will be served with a scrumptious breakfast. Thereafter be ready to go on the Aizawl sightseeing tour.
- On the tour, visit Luangmual Handicrafts Centre, Mizoram State Museum, Durtlang Hills and Berawtlang Tourist Complex.
- You will be also taken on a shopping tour to Bara Bazar.
- For overnight stay and dinner, you will be taken back to the same hotel.
Day 3:Aizwal to Tamdil Lake to Aizawl
- After having a delicious breakfast, proceed towards Tamdil Lake which is located at a distance of around 85 km.
- Tamdil Lake is a popular picnic spot. The whole day sightseeing tour of Tamdil Lake gives you a chance to also indulge in boating and fishing activities.
- In the evening, drive back to Aizwal.
- Upon arrival, you will be accommodated in your hotel.
Day 4:Aizwal to Champhai
- Post breakfast, be ready to depart for Champhai. It is a commercial town on Ind-Myanmar border and is known as an important sericulture and agriculture centre in Mizoram.
- On arrival, you will be transferred to a pre-booked hotel. Here you can relish the natural beauty of the place along with the exquisite sights of Bilauktaung Range of Burma.
- Rest of the day will be free for your own time. You can take a stroll and explore the nearby region.
- Overnight stay and dinner will be provided at the hotel in Champhai.
Day 5:Champhai to Aizawl
- Like all days, you will be served with a nutritious breakfast in the morning of day 5.
- After the breakfast, head out for a sightseeing tour of Champhai town.
- In the evening, drive back to the Aizawl.
- For dinner and overnight stay, you will be accommodated at a pre-booked hotel in Aizawl.
Day 6: Departure
- In the morning, after having breakfast, be ready with your luggage to drive back to the airport.
- Board your flight back to the onward destination.
