Overview

Day 1: Arrival Mumbai

On arrival to Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport or Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Railway Station, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. You can check in and rest for the day.

Day 2: Mumbai – Elephanta – Mumbai

After breakfast, you will go for an excursion via ferry to Elephanta caves where you will visit Hindu sculpture. On returning you can spend some free time to explore Mumbai and a popular landmark The Gateway of India.

Elephanta Caves is located on an island called Elephanta Island also called Gharapuri Island or place of caves and it is one of the islands in Mumbai Harbour.

Note: Elephanta Caves and Prince of Wales museum are closed on every Monday.

Day 3: Mumbai – Lonavala (82.7 km)

After breakfast, drive to Lonavala, on reaching to your destination check in your hotel and rest. Later visit Karla & Bhaja Caves which is located about 19 km and 12 km respectively. Have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Lonavala – Khandala - Lonavala (3.8 km)

Early morning after the breakfast, head out for Matheran and check in the hotel upon arrival. Matheran is a soothing hill station of Maharashtra. This hill station located in the Western Ghats is 800 meters above sea level. Here you will visit different viewpoints like Chouk, Garbut Point, Louisa and Echo. Once the expedition is done, head back and rest in the hotel at Matheran.

Day 6: Matheran – Nasik (182 km)

After breakfast in the hotel, start your day by road to Nasik. On arrival to Nasik, you will be transferred to your hotel. In the late afternoon you can take a city tour covering Sunder Narayan Temple, Sita Gupta Caves and Trimbak.

Day 7: Nasik - Shirdi (about 90 km)

After breakfast, you will travel to Shirdi by road. As you reach your destination you will be transferred to your hotel. Later you will visit the famous Sai Baba temple also known as Shirdi Sai Baba; this temple is widely recognised and famous in Shirdi.

Day 8: Mahabaleshwar – Mumbai (261 km)

After proper breakfast, drive to Mumbai and transfer to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport or Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Railway Station for final departure.
